I.Mission

Software for the people doing the careful work.

PhDTutorials LLC was founded on a simple premise: the best learning tools borrow their standards from research, and the best research tools borrow their clarity from teaching. We build products that sit in both worlds.

Our portfolio is small and deliberate. Each product is shipped on the platforms where it actually helps — phones, tablets, browsers, desktops — and held to the same bar: accurate, fast, and respectful of the user’s time and attention.

We are independent and product-led. We work directly with the students, educators, and scientists who use what we make, and we treat their feedback as the most reliable signal we have.

II.Portfolio

Two products today. A growing portfolio.

Each product solves a specific, well-scoped problem in learning or research, and ships on every platform where the problem actually lives.

Research
ChemGenius
Live

Chemistry intelligence for researchers and students.

ChemGenius is a chemistry intelligence platform — molecular visualization, reaction insight, and structured note-taking — built for chemists, drug-discovery teams, and serious students. Available on the web today, with iOS, iPad, and Android apps coming soon, it pairs interactive 2D/3D structure tooling with research-grade workflows so users move from question to insight without leaving the page.

Fluent Feast
Live

Language learning, one recipe at a time.

Fluent Feast teaches language through food — vocabulary, listening, and culture grounded in recipes you actually want to cook. Available on the web today, with iOS, iPad, and Android apps coming soon, all backed by a shared API and a scan-anything feature that turns real-world ingredients into structured lessons.

We’re a young studio with a deliberate pace. New tools join the portfolio only when they meet our bar for usefulness and rigor.

III.Approach

What we work on, and what we won’t.

We hold the portfolio to four commitments. Each one rules out a lot of the software we could build — and that’s the point.

Tools that teach.

We build for learners — students working through new material, professionals upskilling on their own, and the curious. Our education products treat attention as scarce and design accordingly.

Tools that accelerate research.

Researchers move faster when their tools speak their language. We build interfaces around the way scientists actually work — molecules, reactions, datasets, notes — not generic productivity surfaces.

Tools that connect.

Software is most useful when it strengthens the people behind it. We build for collaboration — students and teachers, researchers and labs, peers learning together — and keep direct, human channels open to everyone who uses our products.

Built with scientific accuracy.

Educational and research software is only useful if it’s correct. We validate against primary sources, surface uncertainty plainly, and treat hallucination-prone systems with appropriate skepticism.

IV.Contact

Press, partnerships, or just curious — we read every note.

PhDTutorials is a young studio. Educators, institutions, and researchers interested in collaborating on a product are especially welcome. Support and billing are handled directly by each product’s team — see our support page for the right contact.
