How do I cancel or get a refund?

Subscriptions and refunds are managed on a per-product basis. Once the mobile apps ship, App Store purchases will be managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and Google Play purchases in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, email the support address for the product you purchased (above) and the product team will help.

How do I delete my account?

Send a deletion request from the email tied to your account to the product’s support address listed above, with the subject “Delete my account.” The product team will confirm and process the request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.
