Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at phdtutorials.com and the products published by PhDTutorials LLC (“PhDTutorials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ChemGenius and Fluent Feast (each, a “Product”). By using a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

2. License to use the Products

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Products for your personal or internal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid features are sold and billed by the Product you purchase from, through its own website or, once available, the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through the Product’s account settings or the relevant store’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Billing questions and refund requests are handled by the Product’s support team — see Support for the contact for each Product. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by the platform you purchased through. Where required by law, we will honor statutory refund rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Products.
• Use the Products to develop a competing product.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates third-party rights.
• Scrape, mass-download, or otherwise abuse our APIs or content.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Products.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload in the Products. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Products to you. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Educational and research content

Our Products provide educational and research-oriented information. While we work hard to be accurate, the Products are not a substitute for professional advice— including, where applicable, medical, scientific, legal, dietary, or academic advice. Verify critical information with qualified professionals and primary sources.

7. Third-party services

The Products may integrate with third-party services (authentication, payments, analytics, AI models). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

The Products, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by PhDTutorials LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHDTUTORIALS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Products at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Products at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{ State of incorporation }}, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in {{ County, State }}, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes
