Frequently asked questions
How do I restore TimeTiles Pro?
TimeTiles Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase tied to your Apple ID — there’s no subscription and nothing to renew. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, open Settings → Restore Purchases to unlock Pro again.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Because Pro is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Where required by law, we will honor statutory refund rights.
How do I back up or move my data?
With iCloud enabled, TimeTiles syncs across your Apple devices automatically — no account needed. You can also export a full backup as CSV or JSON (and re-import JSON) from Settings; export and import are Pro features.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete tiles and sessions inside the app using its delete controls, or remove the app from your device. If iCloud sync is on, deletions propagate to your other devices. We don’t store your data on our servers — see the TimeTiles Privacy Policy for details.
Is my data private?
Yes. TimeTiles has no account system, no analytics, and no backend server. Your time-tracking data stays on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud. Read the full TimeTiles Privacy Policy.
