TimeTiles Privacy Policy

TimeTiles is a time-tracking app for iPhone published by PhDTutorials LLC. It is designed to work without collecting information from you. We do not operate an account system, analytics service, advertising network, crash reporter, or backend server for TimeTiles.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, usage data, analytics data, diagnostic data, location data, device identifiers, contacts, photos, calendars, or any other information from TimeTiles.

TimeTiles does not sell data, share data with data brokers, track you across apps or websites, or use your data for advertising.

Apple services

TimeTiles is distributed through the App Store and uses Apple system services such as iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, and operating-system diagnostics. Apple may process information through those services according to Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple ID or device settings. We do not receive personal information from those Apple services through TimeTiles.

Data stored on your device

The time-tracking data you create in TimeTiles stays on your device. This may include tiles, timer sessions, notes, goals, settings, archived tiles, and exported backup files that you choose to create.

This data is stored locally in the app’s private storage. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it for you.

iCloud sync

If iCloud is enabled on your device, TimeTiles may sync your TimeTiles data through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services so it can appear on your own Apple devices.

We do not receive, store, or access your synced TimeTiles data. iCloud sync is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple’s privacy practices and your Apple ID settings. You can manage iCloud settings in the Settings app on your device.

Purchases

TimeTiles Pro purchases and offer code redemptions are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The app checks your purchase entitlement so it can unlock Pro features. We do not receive your payment card information, Apple ID, or personal purchase information from TimeTiles.

Exports and sharing

If you export TimeTiles data as CSV or JSON, the file is created locally and shared only through the destination you choose in the system share sheet. We do not receive a copy of exported files.

Children

TimeTiles does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Data deletion

Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no account data for us to delete. You can delete TimeTiles data inside the app using its delete controls, or you can remove the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions may sync through iCloud to your other devices according to your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Changes to this policy

If TimeTiles’ privacy practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will be revised.
